Preparation and Content of a Scientific

A dossier will cover all aspects related to the preparation of the scientific dossier for health claims based on oats and OatWell oat bran  (science, legislation, communication and product development).

We will help to prepare a dossier to withstand external scrutiny from evaluators, competitors, consumer and professional organisations. It covers: science (how to use available scientific data and fill gaps for efficacy and safety aspects; the relative value between in-vitro, in-vivo, epidemiological and intervention  clinical studies; prepare for post-launch activities, legislation,  the upcoming health claim law,  communication (matching wording of the health claim to science), special aspects of health foods and business development.  Altogether we have developed all tools in preparing dossiers for the coming EU health claims legislation.
