CreaNutrition - Swedish Oat Fiber (SOF)

The Nordic climate and long hours of daylight during the harvest season provide an optimal environment for all natural, non-GMO and high quality oats of Scandinavia. In the last three decades, extensive clinical trials have shown that oats, and specifically soluble fiber form oats, (ß-glucan) has a significant physiological beneficial to human nutrition, when consumed in sufficient amounts and in quality product applications.

Swedish Oat Fiber proprietary technologies have been developed to assure the integrity of product quality and are based on a state of the art process that allows SOF to produce natural, OatWell ® oat bran ingredients with high soluble fiber (ß-glucan) and total dietary fiber content. Pure oat kernels are used as starting material that is milled, sieved, air classified and stabilized in order to achieve OatWell ® oat bran to soluble fiber, ß-glucan levels to 22% and total dietary fiber to 44%. A process that is free from additives, chemical treatment and enzymatic alteration. The Swedish Oat Fiber plant provides state of the art, HACCP Certified, technologies to meet highest possible standards for large scale food production and environmental demands. All ingredients are certified as kosher.
